Health & Welfare and/or Property & Financial Affairs. An LPA allows someone you trust to make decisions for you if you are unable to do so yourself.
We apply for the Grant of Probate and can handle full estate administration.
Not every family situation is the same. A straightforward Will may be simple to price, while more complex family or property circumstances can require additional planning.
The "From" prices above reflect standard, straightforward situations.
For example, your circumstances may involve a business, children from a previous marriage, a need to set up complex trusts, or protecting assets from care fees.
In these situations, the legal work can take more time and expertise.
However, we'll always give you a fixed, final price in writing before you agree to proceed.
